About me

I am a Product Design Lead with 8 years of experience specialising in research and service design, supported by a strong foundation in end-to-end design processes—from discovery through to delivering intuitive and refined user interfaces. My passion lies in thoroughly understanding user needs, business objectives, and the technology available to create experiences that are both seamless and impactful. For me, great design begins with insightful research and strategy, ensuring that every solution addresses genuine user challenges while aligning with business goals.
